Textured silicone emulsion "sealer", which penetrates deeply into porous surfaces when dry, produces a colorless film, which is impermeable (impervious to water), slip-resistant and highly resistant to heavy traffic and abrasion.

Protects concrete floors and walls from the effects of time, pollutants, chemicals, graffiti, spilled oils, moisture, water, snow.

Prevents the phenomenon of abrasion and other damage due to heavy use and harsh environmental conditions.

In concrete surface chemically reacts and creates a barrier against chlorine and water.

Applies to: garage and warehouse floors, walls of brick - cement - stone, pebbles, wood, exterior walls, surfaces that come into contact with sea water, ramps, bridges, docks, railings, cobblestone, paving, decks, pools, terraces , cement, roadways, sidewalks, old and new concrete surfaces and generally in all porous vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Apply with sprayer (low pressure), roller or brush from top to bottom.

Only a single layer. (If you want the second layer - although not required - Apply to dry before the first coat). On horizontal surfaces careful when applying to avoid creating ponds and spread good material.
Before applying this material should cracks, holes etc. serviceable.

It does not affect the color of the surface.

Solid content: 12%.

Water soluble, safe and easy to apply.

Average coverage per pot of 4L: 8 -13 m2, depending on the porosity of the surface.
